Without drive and motivation, performance is lacklustre, and the ones in a position of authority have a tendency to fumble around, getting little work done. Communication

Patience
To be the boss is. It’s stressful, the hours are crazy, and you go back home feeling tired nightly, simply to wake and do everything once again in the morning. We obtain it.
