At school I provided first line support in terms of resolving DNS errors, general windows/IE errors and user queries inside our open access centre.
I now have a VPS utilizing a custom Linux Ubuntu iso view able which has a vnc viewer on password is view-only. I have also enabled it using the ability via cli and systemfallback to make custom iso spin as I have configured vmwareplayer for the machne allowing me to make my own virtual versions of Oses.
