For many years I underwent difficult times i became driven to find out the things were happening to me.
This became one among my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck in a victim mindset of why me, that we almost missed out on Life lessons and tests that were being presented before me. Little did I am aware, that we was at preparation for my advancement. Then it felt like I was living in hell. The perception I had of my experience then had not been great, I was far more concerned in the negative, packed with fear and seeking for someone or something like that at fault and assume responsibility.
Then I stumbled upon that we had not been on your own dealing with difficult times, there where lots of others dealing with tough experiences too. Although their experiences were a bit dissimilar to mine, they were still being challenged for the core, this provided me with comfort if you know the tough journey had not been simply for me. Because of this understanding I began to offer myself permission to leave the victim mindset which in fact had me in a mental prison for many years. The thing is that all of us have to undergo some difficult times at different periods of our lives and nobody can tell why we should instead have these experiences. This then makes us make a list of what we can perform about this? Many people get stuck here, because of this question. You tell yourself you don’t get sound advice which basically can be a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.
Everything you decide on here will define the path that you’ll follow. Lets take a good example. Perhaps you have felt just like you were a target of any circumstance? Here are some that mindset can be a spiralling into negative emotions you are going to will feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you might be down in the dumps? This is very typical to the majority of us, we have areas were we have been adamant that it is beyond our understanding, so it’s easier for us to help make the assumption that it is somebody’s fault, when you begin to consider similar to this commemorate you lose your handle of what’s happening. The majority of us find change tough to handle as of course we quite often fight against any change, because we want to sit and live in the things that we have been knowledgeable about which is otherwise called the safe place. Within the safe place the majority of us we dwell there for very long periods, what we don’t realise is change will almost certainly happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. Therefore it is usually ready to go using the flow as opposed to resisting and fighting. That you should accept the modification and stay in flow by using it you might want a positive thought of conditions that you are going through.
One of the most challenging question a large number of people ask you are able to stay positive?
