For countless years I experienced challenging times and i also became driven to discover these particular things were happening to me.


This became certainly one of my life’s greatest challenges. I became so stuck within a victim mindset of why me, which i almost overlooked Life lessons and tests that were being presented before me. Little did I understand, which i is at preparation in my advancement. At that time it felt like I became residing in hell. The perception I had created of my experience then has not been great, I became more tightly focused inside the negative, full of fear looking for somebody or something at fault and assume responsibility.

Eventually I came across which i has not been on your own under-going challenging times, there where many others under-going tough experiences too. Though their experiences were a bit different to mine, these were still being challenged towards the core, so this provided me with comfort knowing that the hard journey has not been only for me. Due to this understanding I began to offer myself permission to result from the victim mindset which in fact had me within a mental prison for several years. The thing is that all of us have to pass through some challenging times at different periods individuals lives and no-one can tell why we need to have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves might know about can do regarding it? Most people get stuck here, because of this question. You know yourself that you don’t can deal which basically is really a recipe for mental bondage that results in the victim mindset.

What you choose to do here will define the trail that you’ll follow. Lets take a good example. Perhaps you have felt as you were a victim from a circumstance? Below that mindset is really a spiralling into negative emotions you will start to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you might be down inside the dumps? This is common to many people, we’ve got areas were were adamant that it’s beyond our understanding, so it’s easier for us to help make the assumption that it’s somebody’s fault, then when you start out to consentrate like this it can make you lose your control of what’s happening. Once you get in this mind-set or belief it is extremely hard to emerge from it, you will require something far more powerful mind-set that you can be free.

At this point lots of people are asleep, so they must awaken off their slumber. If you are awaken something changes, you then become mindful of how you have been playing small and have become a victim. When you are mindful of this you open a door for the perception to change. Right onto your pathway of being positive starts here which experience is exactly what I call a shift in to a new thought process. This transitioning use of transformation is often slow but worth the wait.

Everybody knows that transitioning generally is a challenging time since you are focusing on releasing the existing so the new can set in. Many people find change very difficult to deal with as obviously we sometimes fight against any change, because we want to sit and dwell in the things which were informed about that is otherwise called the comfortable zone. From the comfortable zone many people we dwell there for very long periods, might know about don’t realise is that change will almost certainly happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it will be usually all set using the flow rather than resisting and fighting. That you should accept the alteration and be in flow by using it you must have a good thought of conditions that you are going through.

One of the most challenging question that lots of people ask you are able to look for the positive? Generally were creatures of habit we find just changing something from our usual pattern rather painful but it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that usually brings the greatest results.
