When Robyn Jones really wants to relax, she strolls on the unspoiled mountainside of her Colorado the place to find visit her horse, Winddancer, the inspiration on her behalf company name and logo. Every Winddancer state quilt design is planned to produce aspects of specific states while mixing architecture, floral, wildlife, and history into a cohesive quilt picture. Since neighboring states share many features, landscapes, and sporting activities, blocks can be interchanged to personalize your quilt with your own experiences.

Robyn works closely together with her Australian artist husband, Kevin, each design is drawn from true to life experiences or photographs of her travels. The finished designs are generated in to a computer template that’s separated into layers and pieces for quilting, after which many versions are created to find a very good coloring for your final quilt. Importantly, each quilt design must be planned employing a common palette of colours. This allows blocks to become interchanged along with other state and country designs, so quilters can create their own “Travel Quilt” or “Where I’ve Lived Quilt.”Winddancer Creations quilts were created with simplicity in your mind to ensure that entire families can also enjoy developing a special quilt. Hawaii designs bring a record of a family’s travel experience and a few blocks, including the Wild Mustangs block from your Utah State Quilt design, can be achieved by children who are only 10-14.With Winddancer designs, color and layering are employed extensively to produce detail.
