How weddings have changed on the decades! Coming from a handful to 400-500 invited guests; one-two to six-eight marriage ceremony members; a straightforward wedding car to expensive and huge wedding cars; three course meals in order to six course meals; 1-3 live bands; simple attire to colorful and flamboyant dresses, suits and attire and off-the-cuff to well-prepared wedding speeches.

These are the latter, wedding speeches remain a fundamental part of being married and guests do look forward to hearing them, talking about them before, during and even after they’ve been delivered.

We have all heard of wedding speeches delivered before the meal, in the meal and after your food, yet it’s of your strong opinion how the wedding speeches ought to be delivered following your meal. I realize that for a lot of bridal party speakers i.e. Father with the Bride Speech, Father of the groom speech (the 5 main speakers), they’d want to have the wedding speeches ahead of the meal, to allow them to enjoy their meal (a number of them are paying for it!). However, all is here the invited guests and exactly how many (and even the wedding ceremony venue staff) would choose wedding ceremony speeches to be delivered as soon as the meal for most reasons, some of which include:

The invited guests happen to be fed and watered and aren’t hearing wedding speeches before eating anything (at least of food, which could be before the meal, though weddings today do provide light snacks upon arrival with the wedding venue)
Food could be cooked and served at the agreed time (introduce the marriage speeches ahead of the meal along with their can be quite a delay of Quarter-hour one.5 hours, driving the kitchen staff crazy continuing to keep food freshly cooked, presentable and edible)
The wedding ceremony speeches behave as the transition through the meal to the dancing (broke and alone happening as soon as the meal, folks are expecting ‘a few words’ to become shared about the Bride & Groom and they are fully aware they can wake up, move around, take a rest, go for a walk, see a bar…)
It can be difficult for parents from the Bride & Groom to communicate in public areas, since most of them wouldn’t be used of computer. So, they could, should they so wished, speak prior to the / their meal.

There should be some type of formal wedding speech(es) following the meal…
