Amazon has decided to steal my money. I’m a handicapped small company owner. I will be paralyzed out of the chest on down with no feeling. I want 24hr cares and am inside a wheelchair all day. This money I earn travels to medical supplies, medications, food, housing plus more. I have been previously selling on Amazon about 1200 different products as a “drop shipper”. I only had about 30% in-house products which I shipped directly. 1 day I had created a complaint of an unauthentic product. This product I sold over 20 of such items easily. I merely became of stop selling this item since i lost the owner Thirty days ahead of the complaint “the complaint came while i stopped selling it”. Then with this one complaint. Amazon has suspended my account without proof out of the individual that complained. Amazon sent me and email stating I wanted to send in most my purchase orders just for this product during the last 12 months. Also an extended “plan of Action” generate an income prevents this. Even the names, telephone numbers, and locations of all my contacts supplying my orders, so they can call them. Basically don’t or can’t prove they are authentic within Three months they’re seizing my funds ($3,280.00). So, I sent them multiple plans of actions continuously. Because item was obviously a dropshipping item. The one purchase orders I can send them were Photos of my account I drop shipped from The corresponding receipts from PAYPAL. I even left the pricing about the snapshot which Amazon stated I could blur out. I had been 100% totally transparent and would not attempt to hide anything. Amazon has stop all communication beside me and is seizing my money.
Money i charged on my bank cards, Money i still owe. Amazon without evidence an item unauthentic just one customer stating they did not trust it was a real brand. Although item was sold over 20X. I look back during my records determined out this customer. Complained to all of us that there would have been a “return” sticker into it. And we don’t have even return stickers we placed on products, really? We sent this customer a “PRE-PAID” Shipping label to transmit the product back. The consumer claimed the label was bad and then we Covered another label. Then she stated she couldn’t print it out. We sent the label 4X to hear then shortly after we received the BOGUS COMPLAINT.
