For many years I experienced a down economy and i also became driven to learn why these things were happening if you ask me.
This became one of my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck within a victim mindset of why me, that I almost overlooked Bitesized and tests that were being presented before me. Little did I realize, that I was in preparation in my advancement. During those times it felt like I was living in hell. The perception I had of my experience then has not been great, I was more tightly focused from the negative, brimming with fear looking for somebody or something like that responsible and be responsible.
Then one day I discovered that I has not been the only one going through a down economy, there where lots of others going through tough experiences too. Though their experiences were a little different to mine, these folks were still being challenged towards the core, this set it up comfort if you know the hard journey has not been only for me. For this reason understanding I started to offer myself permission to recover from the victim mindset which in fact had me within a mental prison for quite some time. The thing is we all have to undergo some a down economy at different periods individuals lives and nobody can tell why we must have these experiences. This then makes us ask ourselves what we can perform over it? Most of the people find yourself in trouble here, for that reason question. You tell yourself you don’t know what to do which basically is really a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.
Whatever you choose to do here will define the road that you will follow. Lets take a good example. Have you ever felt as you were a target associated with a circumstance? What will happen that mindset is really a spiralling on to negative emotions you are going to learn to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you might be down from the dumps? This really is present with many people, we’ve areas were we’re adamant it is beyond our understanding, so it is easier for all of us to make the assumption it is somebody’s fault, so when you begin to think like this it makes you lose your control of what is going on. When you are for the reason that state of mind or belief it’s very tough to come out of it, you will require something much more powerful state of mind that you should be free.
At this point many are asleep, so that they must awaken using their slumber. When you are awaken something changes, you become mindful of the method that you have already been playing small and are getting to be a target. When you’re mindful of this you open a door on your perception to improve. The journey of being positive starts here this also experience is exactly what I call a shift in a new attitude. This transitioning time of transformation is normally slow but definitely worth the wait.
Everyone knows that transitioning generally is a challenging time while implementing releasing the existing so your new can emerge. Many people find change difficult to handle as obviously we quite often fight any change, because we prefer to sit and live in what we’re knowledgeable about that’s otherwise known as the comfort zone. Within the comfort zone many people we dwell there for days on end periods, what we don’t realise is the fact that change will almost certainly happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it is usually all set using the flow rather than resisting and fighting. So that you can accept the modification and turn into in flow by it you need to have a positive understanding of instances that you are going through.
