For countless years I underwent a down economy and that i became driven to discover the things were happening if you ask me.


This became one of my life’s greatest challenges. I had been so stuck inside a victim mindset of why me, i almost overlooked Bitesized and tests which were being presented before me. Little did I realize, i is at preparation in my advancement. During those times it felt like I had been living in hell. The perception I needed of my experience then wasn’t great, I had been far more concerned within the negative, full of fear looking for someone or something like that at fault and be responsible.

Then one day I ran across i wasn’t the only one going through a down economy, there where many others going through tough experiences too. Despite the fact that their experiences were somewhat different to mine, these folks were still being challenged on the core, which means this provided comfort understanding that the cruel journey wasn’t just for me. For that reason understanding I started to offer myself permission to recover from the victim mindset which had me inside a mental prison for several years. The thing is people have to undergo some a down economy at different periods of our lives and nobody can tell why we should instead have these experiences. This then causes us to make a list of what we should are capable of doing regarding it? Most people get stuck here, for this reason question. You know yourself that you don’t follow simple proven steps which basically is often a recipe for mental bondage that then leads to the victim mindset.

What you choose to do here will define the trail you will follow. Lets take a good example. Have you felt like you were a target associated with a circumstance? What follows that mindset is often a spiralling into negative emotions you may start to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you happen to be down within the dumps? This is present with many of us, we’ve got areas were we are adamant it is beyond our understanding, so it is easier for us to really make the assumption it is somebody’s fault, then when you start out to consentrate such as this it can make you lose your control of what’s happening. When you are in this mind-set or belief it is extremely difficult to come out of it, you will want something far more powerful mind-set for you to be free.

At this stage the majority are asleep, in order that they must wake from their slumber. When you’re wake something changes, you become mindful of the way you have been playing small and are becoming a target. Once you are mindful of this you open a door to your perception to switch. The journey to be positive starts here this also experience is the thing that I call a shift in to a new state of mind. This transitioning use of transformation is usually slow but definitely worth the wait.

Everybody knows that transitioning can be quite a challenging time since you are taking care of releasing that old so your new can set in. Most of us find change very difficult to deal with as naturally we quite often fight any change, because we want to sit and dwell in things that we are informed about which is otherwise referred to as the rut. Within the rut many of us we dwell there for days on end periods, what we should don’t realise is always that change will happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it is usually ready to go together with the flow rather than resisting and fighting. So that you can accept the progres and stay in flow from it you need to have an optimistic perception of instances that you are going through.

Essentially the most challenging question a large number of people ask is how to look for the positive? Generally we are creatures of habit look for just changing another thing away from our usual pattern rather painful however it is consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience very often brings greatest results.
