For quite some time I had difficult times and i also became driven to determine why these things were happening in my opinion.

Although their experiences were a lttle bit dissimilar to mine, they were still being challenged to the core, this provided me with comfort if you know the tough journey has not been just for me. For that reason understanding I started to offer myself permission to recover from the victim mindset which in fact had me within a mental prison for several years. The truth is we all have to undergo some difficult times at different periods in our lives and no-one can tell why we have to have these experiences. This then makes us make a list of what we should can perform about this? Many people find here, because of this question. You tell yourself that you don’t know what to do which basically is really a recipe for mental bondage that leads to the victim mindset.
