Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is manufactured out of the plastic containers (PET), processed into recycled loose fiber (staple ), these loose or staple fibres are manufactured from “plastic“ (PET) cool drink bottles these are generally further broken into :
sprite green staple fibres
stoney beige staple fibres
coke or clear white staple fibres
It is then, converted to a recycled polyester nonwoven fabric referred to as stitch bond fabric by using high quality polyester filament yarn or thread. The intertwining in the thread and loose fibre is actually a stitching process or stitching technology. This stitch bond fabric is 100 % local. Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is made by stitching polyester staple fibers and polyester filament threads together, glue is then included with customize the physical appearance to make the finished products. These stitch bond non-woven fabrics are available in different widths and weights, depending on the clients requirements.
